Tailor-made audio-visual material has been produced in order to raise awareness among parents about the integration of migrant / refugee / ECM children.
In the video entitled “The Dream of Integration – Parents on Diversity and Education”, parents from different countries answer five questions on how they view education, tolerance and multiculturalism at schools. Parents share positive steps that facilitate intercultural understanding and integration; they comment on why diversity is good; they highlight the importance of tolerance.
The short animated film “Walking a Mile in a Migrant’s Shoes” helps parents to reflect on the challenges encountered by migrants and refugees when it comes to education.
